Join the Society for our monthly meeting in April when we will discuss Chesterton's epic poem, The Ballad of the White Horse. This brilliant piece contains many great lessons for our modern age, such as in the following lines:

"And though skies alter and empires melt,
This word shall still be true:
If we would have the horse of old,
Scour ye the horse anew."

Firstly, there is the Ignatius Press edition with highly-regarded notes by Sister Bernadette Sheridan.

Alternatively, the 100th anniversary edition for sale from the Chesterton Society also comes very well recommended, for both its presentation and notes.
